Welcome to Mass Landing Platform ("MLP," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at getsavlngstoday.com. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software-as-a-service platform. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MLP is a software-as-a-service platform. We provide tools to create and host landing pages on subdomains, capture and store form submissions for your account, configure TCPA/Jornaya compliance settings, let you download your own submission records, and (on eligible plans) use agent-assisted form automation. We do not sell, rent, broker, enrich, or provide marketing lists or consumer data to third parties. Features may be added, changed, or removed with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for businesses and individuals conducting lawful marketing activities in the United States. You represent that your use complies with federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and applicable state privacy laws.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or legal entity per account unless we approve otherwise in writing.

4. Subscriptions and billing

New accounts start on the free plan (1 landing page; see our Billing & Refund Policy). Paid subscriptions unlock higher limits. Paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. and its affiliates ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you agree to Paddle's checkout terms and privacy policy. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through Paddle or our panel. All charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• Upload malware, scrape the platform abusively, or attempt unauthorized access;
• Resell, broker, or distribute consumer data obtained through the Service in violation of law or your agreements with consumers;
• Use the Service for products prohibited by Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy or our payment partners;
• Harass, spam, or contact consumers without proper consent where required by law.

TCPA & compliance: You are solely responsible for consent language, disclosures, Jornaya configuration, DNC scrubbing, and call/text practices on your campaigns. MLP provides tools; we do not provide legal advice.

6. Your content and submissions

You retain ownership of content you submit (copy, images, configuration) and of form submissions captured on your pages. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service. Submission data is stored for your account and handled per our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for consumer information collected through your pages; MLP acts as a processor/host on your instructions.

7. Intellectual property

MLP, our logos, themes, and platform code are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform except as expressly allowed.

8. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with Jornaya, TrustedForm, email providers, proxies, and other third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE TRAFFIC, FORM SUBMISSION VOLUME, CONVERSION RATES, OR COMPLIANCE OUTCOMES FOR YOUR CAMPAIGNS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your campaigns, your content, your violation of law, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, abuse, or legal risk. You may cancel anytime; upon termination your pages may go offline and data may be deleted per our retention policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on getsavlngstoday.com with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
